In our continued effort to improve our customer service and fully meet customer expectation, we regularly collect feedback through our customer satisfaction survey.
In his Survey, Mr R from Bridport commented that the service he received was `excellent' and that he would be 'happy to recommend Bella Kitchens to friends and family'. He felt that the showroom advisor was helpful and the kitchen design met with 'expectation and accurately reflected his requirements'. Mr R said that the fitters were `very good' at leaving the working area in a 'clean, safe and tidy' manner at the end of each day and they had 'excellent attitude and customer service skills'.
Feedback for work that we have done in the Community
We received a lovely letter from Weldmar Hospicecare Trust in Dorchester thanking us for a donation raised through a raffle at our Poundbury shop. The letter, from Mrs C Nickinson, Director of Fundraising said; "On behalf of everyone connected with Weldmar Hospicecare Trust, may I thank you very much indeed for your extremely generous donation raised through the raffle held at your new Poundbury shop. Your support of our work in this way is very much appreciated. The need for the special care that we are able to offer our patients is growing. Nearly everyday sees another patient in need of our services and it is support such as this that makes it all possible."
